Adult Programs

Through our training, adults will improve physical agility, flexibility, balance, as well as mental strength, and learn self-defense skills.

Grownups, we understand you are busy and everyone’s body is different. We offer both Taekwondo Classes and personalized physical training classes for adults, with flexible schedules. Pick what works for you.

Adult Taekwondo Class

You will sharpen your physical and mental skills through our Taekwondo curriculum. Adults will improve physical agility, flexibility, and balance while building self-defense skills and improving mental acuity.

– $105 per month (family discount available)
– 2-3 classes per week

Kick2BeFit

A special program designed for adults to improve their physical and mental health through agility, cardio, and muscle toning activities.

– $10 per class
– 10am every Saturday
