You will sharpen your physical and mental skills through our Taekwondo curriculum. Adults will improve physical agility, flexibility, and balance while building self-defense skills and improving mental acuity.

STRONG by Zumba

This adult class is taught by Iesha Grove, certified STRONG by Zumba instructor. This is a non-danced based class with HITT: high intensity tempo training — “think burpees, pushups, and other high-impact moves — that’s synced to the beat of the music.”
