We offer Taekwondo and Kick2BeFit classes for adults and teens ages 14 and up. Adults of any age will improve their physical abilities: flexibility, balance, and core strength while building self-defense skills through our training program.
We offer Taekwondo classes for children ages 3 to 13. Martial arts training provides physical exercise and mental discipline to help children develop in mind and body. Taekwondo builds strong muscles and confident character.
