Taekwondo programs for children, teens, and adults in New Bern, North Carolina. MEET MASTER HAMAOUR PROGRAMS
We offer Taekwondo classes for children ages 4 to 13. Martial arts training provides physical exercise and mental discipline to help children develop in mind and body. Taekwondo builds strong muscles and confident character.
Taekwondo for Adults
We offer Taekwondo and Kick2BeFit programs for adults and teens ages 14 and up. Adults of all ages will improve physical abilities - flexibility, balance, and core strength while building self-defense skills.
After School
While school is in session, our after-school program serves Kindergartners to 8th graders. Activities include Taekwondo training, homework tutoring, guided games, and occasional field trips to the park. Transportation services are available.
Empower Taekwondo runs Summer Camps (full-day and half-day) for kids going into grades K-8th every summer when schools is out. We also offer week-long Spring Break Camps and Strong Camps.
Birthday Party
Empower Taekwondo is happy to host birthday parties and parents night out for members and non-members. We provide the space and entertainment. We love playing with children!
Tournaments
Our members frequently participate in Taekwondo tournaments, state and national. We encourage our students and organize trips to take part in trainings and competitions of different levels and scales.
Welcome to Empower Taekwondo
By incorporating a balance of traditional and modern Taekwondo, Empower Taekwondo delivers classes for children as young as three to adults of any age, at our dojo in New Bern, North Carolina.
Taekwondo is physical training for self-defense that also builds the positive character traits of respect, courtesy, and perseverance.
We offer Olympic-style and the traditional martial art of Tae Kwon Do. This fully-accredited program is recommended for those seeking the authentic Korean martial arts experience and training; and, for those who wish to perform their best physically and mentally.
